How we work
At Kinetica Solutions we firmly believe that our success goes hand by hand with our clients’ success, and that our clients will be successful if our solutions meet their needs.
We think that the best way to reach this goal is to work with agile development methodologies and practices, that emphasizeiterative development, rapid feedback and collaboration between the customer and the development team.
We use Scrum as our project management framework, organising our work in 2-week sprints. At the end of each iteration we have the so-called “Review meeting”, where the customer reviews the software the team developed during the sprint. Working software is the primary measurement of project progress.
Our developers use engineering practices like automated testing, TDD and continuous integration that make it easier to modify and introduce new functionality to the software. Therefore, systems can be constantly evolving to accompany the changing business needs.
